When will I receive news regarding the selection of participants?

Application are open until April 5th, you will receive news regarding the selection by the first half of April.

Is the participation compulsory for both the days of the Forum?

Yes, in order to take advantage of the free entrance, you have to attend the Forum for its entire duration. Beyond this, we strongly believe that Adriatic Sea Forum is an amazing chance for students and young people to take part in an international event that helps to understand the great opportunities and the critical issues of this important area.

Is it possible to choose to which round tables take part to?

Alumni@ASF participants should attend all the panels during the 2 days. It will be possible to choose which round table to attend during the concurrent sessions: we will ask your preference by email some days before the forum.

Do you have some suggestion regarding accommodations?

When should I arrive to register at Adriatic Sea Forum 2023?

Registratons open at 10.00 of May 4th.

Where will the Forum take place?

The event will take place at Hotel Royal Ariston 5* – Dubrovnik

Will I have the chance to meet the companies’ delegates?

Adriatic Sea Forum is a two-day event that pays a particular attention to networking times: you will certainly have the chance to meet the stakeholders’ attending. However, we would like to remind that one-to-one meetings are not programmed: it’s up to you to put yourself on the line!

Which expenses are on me? Should I pay an admission fee?

Risposte Turismo offers to the Alumni@ASF participants a free of charge access to the Forum, that includes all the Forum materials, two coffee breaks and the second day lunch. Thus, you do not have to pay any admission fee if you are among the selected participants; any other expense (for travel, accommodation, etc..) is at your charge.

Which are the selection parameters?

Alumni@ASF participants will be selected by Risposte Turismo using different parameters, such as nationality (to guarantee the heterogeneity of the participants), studies and motivations expressed in the candidacy.

I’m a professor, may I participate with a group of students?
